Hi! My name is Jane!
My name is Jane Austin, and I live in the UK. I’ve been a professional illustrator for over 20 years. My art is a mix of 2D and 3D, and I use both traditional and digital techniques. I have worked in many different areas of the industry from animation to concept art and illustration.
My style is simple, clean, colourful and fun! I do character design and illustration, but also love to do environments, creatures or anything else that captures my imagination.

I started my creative journey with a focus on exploring bold, clean, and colorful styles. My early work revolved around character design, experimenting with unique illustrations that captured emotion and personality.
2003–2012
Expanding Horizons
These years were about pushing boundaries. I explored diverse projects, diving into environmental design and storytelling through vibrant, imaginative creations. It was a time of learning, growth, and embracing new artistic challenges.
2012–Present
Mastering My Craft
With years of experience behind me, my work evolved into a blend of playful creativity and refined techniques. I delved into collaborations, creating not just characters but entire worlds that tell a story. It’s all about bringing imagination to life.
For as long as I can remember, drawing has been my passion. I’ve illustrated children’s books, done concept art for video games, and designed graphics for magazines.
